Trash bag - pick up services

Offer your resident trash pickup services - great for apartment/duplex/triplex/etc.

Yearly contracts only

* We will go to the resident's door and pick up "x" amount of trash bags that were stated in the agreement with the landlord / rental property management. Must be left out by the door - not to exceed 25lbs per bag - bags must not have holes or tears when pickup is scheduled.

* Scheduled pick up times are discussed with property management/ owner

* We will provide each client with a trash bag to be used for the next pickup to minimize low-quality bags that may tear easily

* Must have multiple units in the same complex to use services

* Commission is based on the size of complex/ amount of units offered
