* Remove large debris and trash

* 1st round sweep (remove nails, screws, scraps)/vacuum entire area

* Remove sticky residue

* Clean inside/outside cabinets

* Dust all areas from the ceiling to the floor

* Polish fixtures (ex., chrome, stainless steel, etc.)

* Wipe down door frames, trims, doorknobs, handles

* Wipe down baseboards and windowsills

* Remove protective film from areas

* Wipe down sinks, counters, appliances, vanities, and light fixtures

* Clean toilets, tubs, showers

* Dust all ceiling fixtures (fans, vents)

* Clean mechanical rooms/utility rooms

* Spot clean walls

* Clean inside/outside/around cabinets and drawers

* Clean windows, sills, frames, and tracks

* Remove paint splatter, smudges and caulk residue.

* Clean inside/outside appliances

* Scrub toilets, tubs, showers, sinks

* Clean mirrors and glass

* Wipe down exhaust fans

* Touch-ups on anything that needed more attention to detail for the final walk-through

* All of the above

* Waxing floors (if client included)

* Dusting and cleaning HVAC vents, Ductwork exteriors and returns

*ADD-ON: Pressure washing Parking areas, sideways, and loading docks.
