Hello! Looking for supplemental income? We are a hybrid full-service cleaning company focused on generating partnerships with our clients. We strive for customer service that is fair on both sides, the business and the clients. Our goal is to offer a range of services to our community. From residential to commercial, we cater to all.

Right now, we are seeking part-time residential Technicians. Pay depends on experience, from $13 - $18 per hour. Hours will be pre-determined prior to job acceptance. Cleaning knowledge is a must; a dual language speaker is a plus.

Cleaners with their own liability insurance/and bonded may receive higher pay up to $35/hour

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

* Removal of light trash

* Replacing trash liners

* Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming

* Cleaning glass, countertops, appliances, showers, tubs, sinks, toilets

* Wipe down door frames, blinds, ceiling fans, and window sills

* Make beds, clean dishes, and reorganize small clutter.

* Replacing essentials

* Sanitize common areas

* Communicate well with team and client

Work Hours:

* Depends on availability and how much or how little you want to work

Qualifications:

* Must have a Valid ID and own transportation 

* Ability to handle physical workload

* Must be able to lift 35lbs

* Strong organizational and comprehension skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Displays good character and honesty

* Must be punctual and hard working

* Must display a friendly personality and show empathy to clients

* Previous experience preferred.

* Must pass a background check

* Must fill out a quiz in person to verify knowledge for correct pay and go through an initial clean test.

Pay will be presented with the type of cleaning involved and location, with other details. Technician has the option to accept or decline. Prior commercial cleaning knowledge is a must; does not need to be a dual language speaker.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

* Removal of light trash

* Replacing trash liners

* Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming in large/multiple areas.

* Cleaning glass, countertops, appliances, showers, tubs, sinks, toilets depending on type of business and their cleaning needs.

* Wipe down general areas that collect dust.

* Clean break rooms and offices of debris or trash on countertops.

* Replacing essentials

* Sanitize all areas.

* Communicate well with team and client

Work Hours:

* Depends on availability given

Qualifications:

* Must have a Valid ID and own transportation 

* Ability to handle physical workload

* Must be able to lift 50lbs

* Strong organizational and comprehension skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Displays good character and honesty

* Must be punctual and hard-working

* Must display a friendly personality and show empathy to clients

* Previous experience preferred.

* Must pass a background check

* Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
