Individual Homeowners
* Dusting all surfaces, ceiling fans, light fixtures. air vents and blinds
* Wipe down or clean walls (if needed), baseboards, doors, light switches, electrical outlets, and handles
* Clean inside windows, mirrors, and sills to be streak-free.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum floors
* Clean out / wipe down all closets and cabinets. (Owner must make sure personal items are separate, as we do not touch items that are not accessible to guests)
* Clean and sanitize the oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher
* Wipe down all countertops and backsplash
* Remove all trash, debris, and items left by the guest
* Refill towels, toilet paper, and trash liners (Refills must be accessible unless Client prefers to have an upcharge and allow Company to supply)
* Scrub and sanitize toilets, showers, sinks, bathtubs
* Wash sheets (washer/dryer must be available on site, if not, Client is responsible for charges of any washrooms nea
* Inspect for any damages left by guests and notify the Client of any repairs needed.
* Report any maintenance issues
* Clean and replace vents as needed (Client will provide when needed)
* ALWAYS refer to the lease agreement for any specific cleaning requirements or expectations from the landlord.
* HOA communities must grant parking access on streets (Cleaners will have things to carry and will not walk (ex. a mile) to commute to the unit) if the Client does not have parking in the driveway
