Hello! Looking for supplemental income? We are a hybrid full-service cleaning company focused on generating partnerships with our clients. We strive for customer service that is fair on both sides: the business and the clients. Our goal is to offer a range of services to our community. From residential to commercial, we cater to all.
Right now, we are seeking part-time residential Technicians. Pay depends on experience, from $13 - $16 per hour. Hours will be pre-determined before job acceptance. Cleaning knowledge is a must; a dual language speaker is a plus.
Cleaners with their own liability insurance/and are bonded may receive higher pay up to $20/hour
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
* Removal of light trash
* Replacing trash liners
* Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
* Cleaning glass, countertops, appliances, showers, tubs, sinks, toilets
* Wipe down door frames, blinds, ceiling fans, and window sills
* Make beds, clean dishes, and reorganize small clutter.
* Replacing essentials
* Sanitize common areas
* Communicate well with team and client
* Must be able to stand on your feet during the duration of the job while being flexible to clean the areas needed.
Work Hours:
* Depends on availability and how much or how little you want to work
Qualifications:
* Must have a Valid ID and own transportation
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Must be able to lift 35lbs
* Strong organizational and comprehension skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Displays good character and honesty
* Must be punctual and hard-working
* Must display a friendly personality and show empathy to clients
* Previous experience preferred.
* Must pass a background check
* Must fill out a quiz in person to verify knowledge for correct pay and go through an initial clean test.
* Must be able to go up and down stairs
