Welcome

Individual or contract companies that have homes listed on platforms that rent out to multiple guests per year. These cleanings are treated between a deep cleaning and move in/out cleaning. Homes are priced per square footage.

Light cleaning (Check disclosure for details). These cleanings will have an initial cost. Prices are based on square footage and cleanliness score from 1-2 / 3-4 / 5-6 / 7-8 / 9-10 (1 being extremely messy and dirty to 10 being very clean, light dust). ANY HOMES RATED 1-4 MUST CHOOSE DEEP CLEANING

Extensive cleaning (Check disclosure for details). These cleanings will have an initial cost. Prices are based on a cleanliness score from 1-2 / 3-4 / 5-6 / 7-8 / 9-10 (1 being extremely messy and dirty to 10 being very clean, light dust) and square footage. ALL NEW CLIENTS WILL NEED AN INITIAL DEEP CLEAN BEFORE CONTINUED SERVICE

These services are priced per square foot. Extra charges if homes are not empty and require objects such as tables, furniture, and/or trash to be removed.

 Price is based on square foot and must make an appointment for a walk through. Details to include:

         (desks, shelves, baseboards, windowsills) 

• Wiping down desks (if cleared)
• Emptying and replacing trash liners
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Sweeping and mopping hard floors
• Cleaning glass surfaces (tables, doors, etc.)
• Spot cleaning walls and doors
• Sanitizing frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, phones)
• Disinfecting communal areas
• Organizing magazines/flyers (in reception)
